Refund Policy

Print Appearance Compared to Website Appearance

Please note if you view our prints on five different computers, tablets or phones, they will look slightly different on each one. Monitor quality, manufacturing and calibration differences cause colour and contrast shifts beyond our control. We cannot guarantee what you view online and what you receive will appear exactly the same. Rest assured, every art piece in our collection has been fine-tuned and tested to ensure our prints match our creative intent and quality expectations. Each print is also inspected for printing defects or damages when packaged for shipping. We will not ship prints we would not be proud to hang on our own walls.  

Conditions

We stand by our products. ManMade Art will not ship a damaged or defective print. Every item that leaves our store has been carefully inspected to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered and that it meets our high quality standards.

Refunds

Refunds are not available on orders that match your purchase order (print name, size, or colour). 

Replacement Orders

Replacement orders may be requested for a period of 14 days after your order's original shipment date (shown on your shipping confirmation e-mail) only if you have received an incorrect order (print name, size, or colour). Contact us if you believe you qualify for a replacement order.

The Replacement Order Process

We will respond to your replacement request within 24 hours. Once we receive your request, we'll contact you with instructions on how to process a replacement order. Please follow the instructions in our reply e-mail. We'll try to keep the process as straightforward as possible.

All items must be shipped to ManMade Art in the original packaging and must include a copy of the original packing slip to be processed for replacement. The artwork cannot have been installed, used, or modified (i.e. your item must be in the same condition that you received it). If you are shipping items from separate orders, please combine them into one package and include all packing slips from each separate order.

We recommend shipping your package to us via FedEx, UPS, Canada Post or Puralator or any carrier that provides tracking information. Ship your package to the return address specified in our instruction e-mail. ManMade Art is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all replacement orders sent to ManMade Art. These shipping costs, as well as the original order shipping costs, are non-refundable. 

Replacement Processing

Once we receive your package, please allow 7-10 business days for your replacement to be processed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your replacement order has shipped. We will not charge you additional shipping costs for your replacement order. 

Damages During Shipping

ManMade Art packages our prints carefully in heavy cardboard containers to protect them from the normal rigours of shipping. We are not responsible for damages that may occur during shipping that are beyond our control.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order only if you contact us within 24 hours after the time stamp appearing on your order confirmation e-mail.
