Each item is specially made just for you, and we work hard to prepare your orders as quickly as possible. If you want to change or cancel your order, email us within the first 24 hours (1 business day) of placing it. After that time (unless it's the weekend or a holiday), we cannot cancel or refund it once we print, frame and ship your order.
Refunds or Replacements
If you receive the wrong order or it arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days, and we'll make things right at no cost. Please ensure the items received in error are in their original condition and return them using our packaging. Damaged items don't need to be returned.
We put a lot of care into crafting detailed product descriptions, aiming to leave no questions unanswered. However, if you change your mind about your choices or hit that order button too hastily, please remember that we won't be able to replace or refund your order once the 24-hour adjustment window has passed.
We're here to make returns hassle-free for you. Pick a trusted shipping service offering tracking info, and send the package to the return address we'll share in our instruction email. Please give us 7-10 business days to process your replacement. We'll email you as soon as it's on its way.
Please also remember that we can't take responsibility if the returned package gets lost in transit back to our location.

Technology and display settings can play tricks on the colours, and we can't guarantee your screen will display an exact match to the actual product.
Every print and frame gets a close inspection for any printing defects or blemishes before we carefully pack them up for shipping.
Damaged in Transit
We're serious about safeguarding your order during its journey to your door. Our custom-made, sturdy packaging is tailor-made and tested for our products to keep everything snug and secure. If your package happens to arrive worse for wear, please hang on to the original packaging and send us photos of the damage. This helps speed up the replacement process.
